Joe Basil Jr. has over twenty-five years of ownership, corporate management and entrepreneurial experience in family-owned business.
Joe is the oldest of seven children of the Basil family whose businesses began in 1967 with one automobile dealership. Today the Basil family operates 7 automobile franchises and have expanded into other industries with annual sales in excess of $180 million, 8,000 retail units and over 300 employees.
Joe has managed or assisted in the acquisition/sale of 18 companies. Specializing in family business issues and business operations, he has proven leadership and management abilities in various industries, multi-function environments, strategic and tactical planning, transition management, and organizational development.

Joe has a B.S. Degree in Marketing from Canisius College, is a graduate of Northwood University in Automotive Marketing, General Motors School of Merchandising and Management, and the University of Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
